10 day course for making students aware about Human Rights

Jalandhar, May 6, 2017: HMV Visionary Foundation Club of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya organised 10 days course on Human Rights for the students.
On the valediction of the course, Sh.Gurmeet Tiwana, Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Secretary Legal Services Authority Jalandhar was the Chief Guest.
Principal Prof.Dr.Mrs.Ajay Sareen accorded a warm welcome to the guest. Speaking on the occasion, Sh.Gurmeet Tiwana discussed in detail about the human rights and how they protect us right from our birth till death. He also informed about the various clauses of Human Rights of Indian Constitution.
Principal Prof. Dr. Mrs. Ajay Sareen told that the motive behind organizing this 10 day course was the make the students aware about Human Rights so that they can spread the awareness far and wide.
Dr.Rajiv Kumar spoke at length about the Human Rights of soldiers.
Dr.Anjana Bhatia told about the different organizations running under Human Rights. In the interactive session, Mrs. Alka Sharma raised questions about implementation of Human Rights. Students also asked number of questions from the guest. In the end, Sh. Gurmeet Tiwana and Madam Principal distributed certificates to the participants.
