Ludhiana, March 6, 2017: Nishtha Sagar and Parv Takkar, students of PCTE and top 7 finalists of a beauty pageant won the title of Mr & Miss Well Spoken 2017, at Mr and Miss India competition 2017 organised by Dreamz Production, finals of which were held in Radisson Blu, New Delhi.
Nishtha also bagged the title of Miss Beautiful Figure 2017. The auditions were held in more than 36 cities. Both students after clearing several rounds made to the top 7.
35 Girls and 40 boys competed for the title for Mr. and Miss India 2017 on the theme of Goan attire – casual, ethnic and western dresses.
Sharing about her experience she said “It was a very beatiful experience, everything was quite new to me. I never thought of going on such a big stage. I want to see my future in the field of modeling. I have collected so many golden moments in this event that I'll be cherishing forever.”
Parv added, "Well, I feel proud of winning the title by showcasing my impressive turbaned look. It was a marvellous experience."
Appreciating the achievement, Dr. KNS Kang, DIrector General PCTE said, "I congratulate both students on their wonderful achievement. We at PCTE, motivate students to try new genres as well as encourage them to excel in all fields, besides academics."
