Ferozepur, February 7, 2013: In a firing incident, on Thursday morning, at Sabzi Mandi in Ferozepur City, and in the case of injuring of Vijay Atwal, three persons of village Ugoke, have been booked by Ferozepur City police station.
As per the police report, Suresh Kumar Manchanda, ASI said, as per the statement given to the police by the complainant Devinder Kumar alias Pappan, resident of Amritsari Gate, it has been alleged that Amrik Singh, the brother of Gurbhej Singh came for a ‘panchayati’ decision allegedly fired on Vijay Atwal from 12 bore rifle with intention to kill him.
He further said that a case has been registered against three real brothers namely Gurbhej Singh, Amrik Singh and Neeta.
