A group of five IAS Probationers of 2013 batch, calls on Shivraj V. Patil, Punjab Governor and Administrator UT Chandigarh, at Punjab Raj Bhavan, Chandigarh.
Chandigarh, August 19, 2014: A group of five IAS Probationers of 2013 batch, called on Shivraj V.Patil, Punjab Governor and Administrator UT Chandigarh, here at the Punjab Raj Bhavan today. The group of IAS Probationers comprise Showkat Ahmad Parray, Syed Sehrish Asgar, Dr. Richa, Vishes Sarangal and Harpreet Singh Sudan.
The Governor urged the Probationers to make the best use of their ongoing training programme in the State and gain a close understanding of the problems faced by the ordinary people, particularly those living in the remote and rural areas. He advised the young officers to maintain the highest level of probity and integrity and complete dedication to the honest and efficient discharge of their responsibilities. He also advised them to develop work culture and for this you have to work and make others to work. He said positive approach towards the problems will definitely lead the society towards a better future. The Governor wished all the officers bright careers ahead.
M. P. Singh, Principal Secretary to the Governor, and Kirpa Shanker Saroj, Director, MGSIPA were also present on the occasion.
