Jalandhar, December 23, 2012: Educationist Kasturi Lal Gupta breathed his last during wee hours last night at his residence at Mota Singh Nagar here.
He was 87.
He is survived by two sons namely Yogesh and Bhuvnesh Mahajan, two daughters and widow Raj Rani.
His body was cremated today.
The cremation ceremony was attended by a large number of people.
The deceased had been the follower of RSS and an active social worker. He had also worked as Principal of a college at Kharar besides serving as Head of the Political Science Department and Professor of History at DAV College Dasua.
