Students celebrate Holi at HPU Regional Centre at Dharamsala on Tuesday. They throw “gulal” and mud at each other during celebrations. It was really a memorable moment for all those who participated in the celebrations. Their faces got covered with “gulal”. A few students captured the moment in their cell phone cameras to capture this moment forever in their memories.
