Ludhiana, April 19, 2017: Beant Singh, a student of College of Agriculture, Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), has been selected to represent India at Asian Power Lifting Championship, to be held in Indonesia from May 1-5, 2017. Beant Singh attended final conditioning coaching camp at Jamshedpur (Jharkhand) from April 4-8, 2017.
Dr Baldev Singh Dhillon, Vice-Chancellor, PAU, congratulated Beant Singh for this big achievement and wished him all success in his endeavour.
Dr (Mrs) Ravinder Kaur Dhaliwal, Director Students’ Welfare, PAU, while applauding the achievement of Beant Singh, said, “It is a big honor for Punjab Agricultural University that the bonafide student of the University is representing the motherland India at Asian Power Lifting Championship.”
