No Joys Without Grandparents

A person never gets old from his age but by the experiences which he/she gets from his life by facing ups and downs, joys and sorrows of his life. This also comes by watching their future generations enjoying different a phases of life. According to me a nest is not a nest without a bird, similarly a home is not a happy home without grandparents. If there is no respect for elders, love, respect and care for them, you don't have right to term that place as home. Love of grandparents is as grand as mountains, nobody could match that relation. They are the one who saves us when our parents scolds us, they are the ones who become child with a child, who use to motivate us from their experiences, who gets more worried for our health than our parents, yes they are only our grandparents.
Those old people to whom their own son or daughters send them in old age home just because they are not able to do as much work as they use to do earlier. Just because they need more care and a person who brings smile on their faces. This is a shameful thing that we are so much rude, mean and heartless, as we are unable to do a little care of them. I think if we start thinking and looking for our grandparents, there is no need for any old age homes. With their blessings we earn love, respect, care, name and fame. The care which a new born baby needs only that kind of care an elderly person needs.
I always used to celebrate my birthday with my grandfather though he is 92 years old, still he travelled a long distance from Rohtak to Ludhiana just for the sake of my birthday. He always gave me surprise on my birthday. It's not an easy thing but only the love and bond which gives him strength to cover such distances so easily. His immense love and care is hard to forgotten. But now getting his glimpse, hearing his voice is next to impossible thing because he goes to another world. It's really very impossible to forget even a single memory with him. My birthday falls on April 9 and for me it's really very difficult to celebrate my birthday the most important and special day without him.
Lucky are those who have grandparents in their life and would get so many chances to sleep in their lap. Their words like "mera puttar, meri pari" is hard to forget so easily because in these words one can get the love of whole world.
So please love, love and love your grandparents and parents and respect them as much as you can, this will always blow a torch and keeps you move in right track of life.
