LXL Ideas announces the launch of Mentor Conclave 2017 to empower educators

The Conclave aims to identify, inspire, and empower educators who are rediscovering education

Bengaluru: LXL Ideas, unveiled the 5th edition of Mentor Conclave 2017 themed ‘Questioning and Co-Creating Education, to be held on 1st and 2nd of December at J. N. Tata Auditorium’ in Bengaluru. The two-day-long conference aims to provide educators, who are redicovering education, an opportunity to bridge the learning divide, promote research esteem and the evolution of pedagogy. It’s platform for leaders from cross-disciplinary interests from across the globe to come together to share their experiences, innovations, researches and empower educators.

The Conclave which has over 400 registrations from the education fraternity this year, aims to identify, inspire, and empower school leaders who are rediscovering education and provide relevant questions for all participants to work with to co-create quality education. The conclave will be explored through interesting combination of conference sessions, workshops, interactive sessions, panel discussions and exhibitions.
This year the conclave has total of session- Makers Mindset, Expressions, Decoding Kids, Safe Schools, Charter Newer Heights, Lessons of Life, Corporate Lessons, Collaborative Leadership with 19 prominent speakers.

This conclave will transform the way you think with Design Thinking, help ideate and solve problems creatively, will brainstorm processes and discuss success stories. It will also give participants a chance to unravel the puzzle that kids are by sharing researches on kids thus, helping unlock the potential of schools. Educators will be introduced with general policies and their effectiveness, they will get a chance to learn best industry HR policies, understand media relation practises along with importance of branding and marketing for schools and will be prepared for facing all legal challenges.

The conclave also has sessions on mythology lessons for schools and the participants will also explore collaborative leadership, aspects related to the power of communication, how to improve efficiency of school governance.
