Kavita Kaushik inaugurated '9 Salon and Day Spa'

Mumbai: Popular television actress Kavita Kaushik of FIR fame was recently spotted at the inauguration of '9 Salon and Day Spa'. Lalit Pandit and Ruslaan Mumtaz also joined her for the event. Talking about pampering herself, Kavita Kaushik says ‘Spa’ is a girl’s best friend these days.

The actress said, "I am a spa baby. I enjoy it and now a day’s everyone likes going spa because of their stressful lives. The quote 'Diamonds are a girl’s best friend’ has become old now, I think ‘Spa’ is the girl’s best friend these days.”

She was seen praising her close friend and the owner of the salon Rupal. Kavita adds, “The most interesting thing about Rupal's Spa is that if you come here one time you will be pampered from head to toe. I am like a guinea pig for her because I am little wild, I like to keep my hair wild and when she looks at it she feels like styling my hair and she believes in making everything beautiful.”

When asked about what one should do to beat the summer heat, Kavita said, “Drink more of water, juices, don’t smoke cigarettes and get out less in sun”.
