HMV Players get First Runners-up position in GNDU Overall General Sports Championship

Jalandhar: The Sports Women of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar got first runners up position in Guru Nanak Dev University Overall General Sports Championship for the Session 2016-17.
Principal Prof.Dr.Mrs.Ajay Sareen congratulated all the players of the college for this achievement. She told that the college won winner position in 7 games, 1st runners up position in 14 games and 2nd runners position in 9 games. In addition, 16 players of our college were honoured with a cash prize of Rs.4 Lakh 50 Thousand for their achivements at 47th Annual Prize Distribution Function of Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar.
Principal congratulated the players, HOD Physical Education Department Mrs. Sudershan Kang, DPE Ms. Harmeet Kaur, Sukhwinder Kaur, Baldeena and Coaches of all games. She encouraged the students for achieving more heights in sports at international level.
