Grand Mumbai Taco Challenge Organised by Cornitos at Viviana Mall, Thane

‘CORNITOS’, the flagship brand of Green Dot Health Foods Ltd hosted eleventh Taco Challenge at Viviana Mall, Thane that involved food enthusiasts and home cooks. Cornitos Taco Challenge initiative is to popularize Mexican cuisine and Healthy snacking.

Cornitos, the well-known Nachos brand, in association with eventsjustabhi.com organized the Mexican Cuisine extravaganza. The contest held at Viviana Mall, saw much excitement as the participants decorated Tacos with Toppings provided at the Venue. Each participant was given a time of 30 minutes to prepare Taco platter of their choice using Cornitos products.

There were around 25 participants who had to Cook without Fire for preparing Taco platter. After the two rounds of the competition three contestants - Amruta, Saira and Sankit were declared winners. The Recipe was judged on the basis of Taste, Creativity, Preparation Timing and Presentation by professional Chef tasting.
