GNDEC organising three major events from December 22-25

Ludhiana, December 14, 2017: One of the oldest and premium engineering institute of the state, Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana’s Department of Mechanical Engineering, is organizing three major events from December 22-25, 2017.
(i) 2nd International Conference on Research and Innovations in Mechanical Engineering (ICRIME2017)from December 22-24, 2017.
This conference is in collaboration with CSIR, India, The Institution of Engineers (India),IE & OM Society, USA, IIIE, Navi Mumbai and CSIR-CMERI COEFM, Ludhiana. Many research papers compiled by researchers and academicians from India and abroad have been received, out of which 50 research papers are shortlisted for presentation. Cambridge Scholars Publishing, UKwill publish the proceedings of the conference. Selected research papers will also be published in the reputed journals. There will be six parallel sessions for paper presentation. Each session will be chaired by eminent researcher/academician. A student contest for new innovative ideas and mentoring sessions for researchers will also be held alongwith the conference.
(ii) Industrial Expo on India Machine Tools & Automation from December 22-25, 2017.
This expo is in association with Paramount Exhibitors. In this exhibition many well reputed national and international companies shall be putting up their stalls for display of latest technologies. The exhibition will be open to publicfor all four days starting from 22nd December, 2017. There is NO entry fee for the visitors.
(iii) AICTE sponsored national seminar onMulti Criteria Decision Making Tools for Research Applications on December 23, 2017.
Eminent faculty from IIT, Roorkee and IIT Delhi will be delivering expert talks. This seminar is aimed at guiding the budding researchers and enhancing the knowledge of faculty working in this area.
The objective of all these events is to bring renowned academicians, professionals, industrialists and researchers on a common platform for sharing their views related to the theme of the conference, Industrial Expo and seminar. Especially, Industrial City, Ludhiana is expected to be greatly benefitted from these events.
