Chandigarh, January 16, 2015: For the students belonging to non-creamy layer students of SC/ST/BC/OBC and minority community, the Department of Life Long Learning & Extension (DLLL&E), Panjab University (PU), Chandigarh would organise free Remedial Coaching in English for three months from February, 2015. The initiative is being taken under the UGC Scheme.
The objective of providing coaching to the non creamy layer is to guide and provide those opportunities in improving their spoken & written English and comprehension. This course would not only help them for their overall personality development but guide them in their own examination system. The desired undergraduate and postgraduate students of the colleges and university teaching departments would send their names to the department.
The performa for the enrollment can be downloaded from the University website www.puchd.ac.in. The coaching will be held in the afternoon session from 3 PM to 5 PM on working days in the Department of Life Long Learning & Extension near student center.
