Enviro – the facilities management wing of Vatika Group organized an eco friendly Diwali Mela for the residents of Vaitka India Next , Sector 82, Gurgaon. There were various fun filled activities including live performances, puppet shows, Bollywood retro, magic show, games, rides for kids etc.

Sudhir Singh, Resident, Vatika INXT, said, “The Diwali Mela organized by Enviro is one of the most awaited Diwali events for us. The whole condominium is lit up beautifully and the three day extravaganza has lots of shopping stalls, delectable food, Bollywood music, kids’ rides and some incredible dance performances. The Mela is also extra special for another reason, it’s a pollution-free Diwali for us at Vatika INXT - a big step towards the novel concept of sustainable festivities. Just last month, eco-friendly Dussehra celebrations were carried out by enviro with the laser, light & sound show, dance performances & loads of other fun filled activities. We’re so glad that we get to celebrate all these festivities in full gusto at our society.”

Kids enjoyed the mela to the fullest as there were various rides and games arranged for them. For the shopaholics different stalls with Diwali accessories were also there. There was no bursting of crackers and it was a complete green Diwali which the residents enjoyed to the fullest.

A. K .Singh, President, Enviro, said, "Diwali as a festival has great significance and is widely celebrated with much grandeur in the country. Like the Dusshera celebration at INXT organized by enviro, the Diwali Mela is an eco-friendly affaire too. Enviro’s all for the noble concept of sustainable festivities, because fun need not always be at the cost of our environment. Additionally, these festivities also bring everyone together and act as an amazing platform for cultural exchange."
