According to Shafali, Nice interior definitely boosts the enthusiasm and psyche of people living in aesthetically designed houses but sometimes the people go too far in complexing the structure of their house that it loses its sheen of being a well-build home. According to Shafali, architecture and interior designing of residential houses and commercial projects have taken a large leap from making hand-made drawings to computer-assisted drawings,3 D elevations and much more. Today, a person has an opportunity to virtually see his/her house completely on the screen of a computer.
No doubt, lot many changes have happened for the last several years in the profession of architecture and interior designing but there are certain basic factors which need to be considered while planning a well-designed house. The basic thing to be considered is how to utilize the available space to the maximum. It is very much common that people, just for the sake of show off, make worst mistakes in designing their homes.
Another budding Interior Designer Kirandeep Kaur says that many youth, especially girls, enter into the profession of Interior Designing with a view that it will fetch them good amount of money just be learning the skills of the trade but there are many other important things, especially meeting hard deadlines, that go in the making of a successful interior designer.

Basic things to be considered while building new independent house-
Ø Before constructing a house, a person should have an idea or concept of what kind of house he or she wants to make
Ø Try to efficiently minimize the movements through utilizing available spaces.
Ø Try to keep kitchens, toilets, bathrooms and wash areas in one side, so that plumbing could be done efficiently.
You must have idea of future extension of house in future, so that you can leave some brick breaks to easily construct the extension of the house.
