Bangalore, June 3, 2017: Reiterating its support for the game of cricket, Cycle Pure Agarbathies, world’s largest incense stick manufacturer from the house of NR Group the agarbathi to aerospace conglomerate is launched its “Pray for India” campaign today in Bangalore. The unique campaign will provide a platform for the ardent cricket lover from across the country to pray for Team India’s win in the ICC Champions Trophy which kicked off on June 1 in England. Cycle Pure Agarbathies is inviting people to join this campaign and pray for team India. The campaign started from Devagiri Temple Bangalore. The campaign will also be rolled out across various other cities in the country.

Actor Ramesh Arvind, lit the six-feet Akhand agarbathi to kick start the campaign in Bangalore from his Sheshadripuram residence. Speaking of the initiative Mr. Arvind said, “We are a cricket loving nation. Nothing can unite us as much as cricket. This wonderful opportunity is for people to come together for their favorite sport. Cycle Pure agarbathies time and again has proved its commitment towards sports. I am extremely happy to be part of this initiative.”

The campaign is featuring a series of on-ground initiatives encouraging the Indian cricket team’s fans to pray for their win. In each of city, Cycle Pure Agarbathies’-branded mobile vehicles will move around collecting wishes and prayers from the fans as team India battles it out in England. The mobile prayer van will also carry a six-feet Akhand Agarbathithat which will be lit symbolizing the continuous prayer for the nation’s win. Further, the campaign will be supported by aggressive social media initiatives. A dedicated stream of prayer messages and videos mirroring the undying love for the sport will be uploaded regularly on the social media platforms.

Elaborating on the campaign, Mr Arjun Ranga, Managing Director, Cycle Pure Agarbathies, said, “Champions Trophy is an important tournament for every cricket lover across the world, especially in India. Here, cricket is a religion and with our ‘Pray For India’ campaign, we intend to bring together the whole country’s prayers. It is a platform where people can showcase their love for the sport and extend their support to the players.”
