CT Group of Institutions signed a pact with Sondhi Travels

Jalandhar, January 16, 2015: CT Group of Institutions has signed an agreement with Sondhi Travels, Jalandhar for training on Computer Reservation System (CRS) to promote academic and practical co-operation between the two Institutes.

Both the Institutes agree to develop a course of one month training for B.Sc & M.Sc of ATHM and NCHM students. Training will be conducted at premises of Sondhi Travels and their GSA location of Singapore Airlines. A trainee students will get combined Certification from CT Group of Institutions, Sondhi Travels and Galileo after passing the exam by the student.

Kuldip Sondhi (Partner, Sondhi Travels) informed that the aspirants will be given first hand practical training in operations of travel agency. Students will be given knowledge about the functioning and processing of CRS software operations. They will get knowledge about how ticketing is done in Travel and tourism industry. The budgeting process will also be taught to them. They will also get knowledge about Holiday packages, Hotel Bookings and other travel related services.

Manbir Singh (Managing Director, CT Group of Institutions) said that students will be given knowledge about how to deal with guests and their requests. Experts from Sondhi Travels will train students on GDS to provide excellent customer service and build customer loyalty understanding to the students.  The workshop on basic functioning of travel industry will be given to the students. A fair knowledge on the opportunities and scope in the travel industry will also enlighten the students”.
