COLOSSAL VICTORY FOR CONGRESS

Ludhiana, October 16, 2017: Punjab & Haryana High Court Lawyer, Harpreet Sandhu stated that its a colossal victory for Punjab Congress on the land of Majha, the way voters of Gurdaspur Parliament constituency have bestowed their eager affection towards the Congress candidate, Sh.Sunil Jakhar by electing him with such a huge electoral mandate, as their Member Parliament. Rather it clearly indicates that commons have full faith in Capt Amarinder Singh’s regime. No doubt Sh.Sunil Jakhar as an individual carries a staunch political legacy in the Indian political scene during the regime of his Father Late Sh.Balram Jakhar being the Speaker of the Parliament and had done innumerable contributions for the cause of commons Whatever it may be said reg weak performance by SAD/BJP collation or AAP's downtrend, rather it should be considered as the aftermath of the voters against the demonetization and GST burden and also witnessed that if certain political leaders of Congress were having certain differences within each other, rather formed a strong group under the leadership of Punjab Chief Minister Capt. Amarinder Singh which has resulted into a collective effort of MLA’s and party workers, towards such a historic victory wherein the voters of Majha region have once again reposed faith in Congress under the patronage of Capt. Amarinder Singh, whom they believe can revive the growth of Gurdaspur and can augur well for the future prospects of Punjab.
