CM mourns killing of Dalbir Singh in US

Chandigarh August 17: Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal today expressed profound grief over the killing of 56 years old Dalbir Singh of Milwaukee in US, who was shot dead by an unidentified gunman on Wednesday. 

Badal asked the Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh to take up the matter with US administration to curb such incidents of brutal violence and ensure safety and security of minorities in general and Sikhs in particular.

Meanwhile, the Chief Minister also shared his heartfelt sympathies with the members of the bereaved family to bear this huge lose and prayed to the Almighty to grant peace to the departed soul.
