Ludhiana, October 31, 2014: To celebrate Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s birthday, NCC cadets took out a rally in B.C.M Sr.Sec School (Sec 32-A), Ludhiana on Friday. They conveyed the message that unity is strength as the motto of NCC is the same i.e.unity and discipline.
