New Delhi, June 28, 2016: BD India was awarded the Economic Times Best Healthcare Brand 2016 under the Medical Devices and Equipment segment. The award was presented to BD leadership team by ShriJP Nadda, the Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare; DrSoumya Swaminathan, Director General, ICMR and DrJagdish Prasad, Director General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. BD is honored to be a part of the best brands that havebeen acknowledged forbrand excellence, robust growth, customer satisfaction and innovation in the healthcare segment.

The Economic Times Best Healthcare Brands 2016is an initiative by the Times Group to recognize brands that stand for quality and reliability and have established trust in customers and consumers through years of dedication to healthcare. An extensive survey, conducted across India’s major cities, preceded the final decision. It was based on the key parameters of brand awareness and recall, innovation, research and development, facilities, quality of service, consumer experience, product portfolio, and customer satisfaction. All these are areas that BD focuses on and excels in.
