Aryans students Shine in PTU Merit List

Chandigarh, October 26, 2014: After achieving many milestones in the field of Placements, Sports, Cultural and Innovations now again Aryans students have created another history in academics. Nine Students of Aryans Group of Colleges, Chandigarh from Engineering & Management Courses captured top nine positions in the Merit List of Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar.
Maintaining and proving its supremacy in the field of technical education, the students of the College namely Kajal Sharma, Ratnesh Mishra of 4th Sem B.Tech have bagged 3rd Positions in their respective disciplines of CSE & EE Securing 90.13% & 85.41% respectively. Tahid Nazir of B.Tech 6th sem, Harpreet Kaur of MBA 2nd Sem bagged 4th position by securing 82.50% & 86.13%respectively in April 2014 examinations of PTU, Jalandhar.
PTU has released Merit Lists of this examination carrying names of first ten toppers of the University in each class and discipline. The college students have bagged around 12 positions in the merit list of PTU in last 2 years in the disciplines of Civil, EE, CSE, EEE, EE under B.Tech and MBA, BBA, BCA under Management Courses.

Apart from the Four PTU toppers mentioned above, other students who made this rare achievement include Imtiaaz(87.38), Shahid UI Islam(86.13), HananBashir (85.75) all are from civil 4thsemester, Zakir Zama(81.75)civil 6th semester and Deepak Dhiman(82.47) of EE 4thsemester.

Dr Parveen Kataria, Director General, Aryans Group said that she is proud of her students and faculty, whose hard work is instrumental in bringing about such a wonderful result. Undoubtedly, this is a result of scientific approach, extended inputs on part of faculty and the desire to excel on a continuous basis.
Feeling ecstasy over the achievement, the toppers of Aryans Group said that the feeling of attaining the top merit is something which cannot be expressed in words. We are thankful to our teachers and parents, because of whom we have been able to attain such a beautiful feeling.
